The Turps Intensive Spring ’26 Show marked the culmination of Turps Banana’s eight-week Spring Intensive programme, presenting work developed through a focused period of studio practice, experimentation, mentoring, and critical exchange. Held at Turps Gallery in London from 26–28 June 2026, the exhibition featured Alexandra Gromova, Beatrice Markopoulos, Jane Merriman, Lan Kroeger, Madeleine Jacob, Milena De Rosa, Nohana Sayama, Rosa Mason-Jones, Shooq AlShawi, and Stephanie McLaughlin.

Conceived as the concluding moment of the programme, the exhibition offered an insight into the individual practices and ideas developed over the eight weeks, while highlighting the different approaches to contemporary painting within the cohort. The show reflected a period of sustained experimentation and dialogue, presenting the outcomes of each artist’s evolving studio practice within a shared exhibition context.
